In order to accept payments and get your business going, Picsello has partnered with Stripe to offer secure and easy-to-use payment processing. We suggest this as your first step because the whole point of running a business is being able to accept money. Setting up Stripe is crucial, as you won't be able to send booking proposals or accept gallery orders until it's complete.

If you have a Stripe account already, you’ll log in and connect them. If not, you will need to create a new account. You can view our in-depth article here.

It is very important to have your logo uploaded to your account because we place it everywhere your client will experience your Picsello account.

It's easy to do - you simply head to the Brand section of your account settings and upload your logo. Here you can also customize your email signature and your booking proposal welcome screen If you need more help uploading your logo, you can view our in-depth article here.

Picsello offers default contracts that you need to review and customize. Contracts are found in the settings of your Picsello account. You can also switch out the terms and conditions with any existing contracts you have! For a step-by-step guide visit here

Your Picsello account comes preloaded with a slew of tried and tested default questionnaires, based on the photography types you selected during onboarding. Questionnaires are found in the settings of your Picsello account. Default questionnaires can be used as-is, or you can duplicate and modify them for your specific needs. Package Templates are reusable pricing and shoot packages that you can offer to your clients, making it easier to manage leads. Packages can be enabled to display on your public profile for lead generation and to display your product offerings, or they can be hidden from your public profile and created/used on an individual client basis. With your Picsello account, you can set your currency, choose to accept offline payments (credit cards are always accepted) as well being able to offer AfterPay, Klarna, and Affirm. Payment Types are found in the settings of your Picsello account. See a more detailed article here.

Global gallery settings allow you to configure your gallery expiration date, watermark, product settings, and digital pricing at a global level. If you have an existing list of contacts, we will gladly upload that for you! There are a couple of ways to request this from our team; via the Contacts section of the app or simply fill out a form in the chat button. For a step-by-step guide, visit here.

If you have an existing website, adding a Picsello contact form to your website will ensure that those leads are automatically added to your Picsello account. By setting up an automated email response, you can let them know you will get back to them as soon as you can or simply send them more details regarding the type of photography they are inquiring about. Providing an immediate reply will not only let your potential clients know that their email was received but also that you are responsive. This will elevate you above other photographers they have contacted!

Whether you have a website or are just getting started marketing your business online, Picsello has a Public Profile page that will allow potential clients to learn more about your business and contact you directly. The marketing section of your account provides quick, branded links to your website, social media accounts, and Google reviews, making it even easier to run your photography business. You can also add your website and social media profiles on your email signature and public profile by adding them here! Click on a social media link to quickly jump to your Instagram or Facebook account and share your latest photos or stories. You can also set up marketing email campaigns to send to new, current, and past clients.

Your Picsello inbox contains all of your client communications in one spot. It includes a threaded history by lead or job. Click "View Inbox" from your home screen.
