If you have an existing list of contacts, we will gladly upload that for you! There are a couple of ways to request this from our team.
In Your Picsello Account
When you are in the Picsello app, simply head to the Clients section. At the top right of the page you will see a Bulk Upload button.
Simply click this button and it will create a support ticket for you.
Via Customer Support Chat
Alternatively, you can head to the chat button at the bottom right of the screen
Simply, click the Upload Contacts button and it will create a support ticket for you!
From there you can just send us a CSV, Excel, or text file with the following information:
first name
last name
email address
phone number
We highly recommend you triple-check your contacts before uploads to avoid duplications with wrong phone numbers. You can easily merge duplicated contacts depending on your export!

This will save you the headache of emailing your clients with an old email or contacting them through an old phone number!
