Common Questions Regarding Contracts

Here are some common questions we have seen with contracts that we hope can help you learn more about how Contracts work within Picsello.

The contract isn't showing with the package!

"Help! My contract isn't showing when I am putting together a booking proposal"

Picsello's contracts are dynamic and tied to the Job Type and thus the packages. It is likely that you simply need to change the Job Type for your contract.

So head to the Contracts section of your app within Settings.

Here you will be able to see what Job Types you have selected for your Contracts.

If you want your contract to be available for all Job Types, simply select edit and change the Job Type to Global.

This will change your contract to be visible to all job types!


Why aren't the shoot date, client name, and details on my contract?

"My client's gallery isn't letting her go past the cover page to download their images"

Don't worry - it's there! Client name, package pricing, and shoot information are generated once a package is selected in a lead to pair with your terms and conditions. Check out the client preview to see what we mean!
