We're so excited that you're ready to start using Picsello! Within a few minutes, you will create an account and can start accepting payments from customers. Let's get started!
Step 1: Sign Up
On the Picsello home page, click "Sign Up" from the banner at the top of the page to start a FREE 14-day trail.
You can create an account by signing in with your Google account or creating a username and password.
Step 2: Tell Us More About Yourself
To help us get to know you better and customize your site, please share some additional information regarding your business. Questions will include the name of your business, whether you work full- or part-time, and how long you've been a photographer.
Step 3: Customize Your Business
This is where it starts to get exciting! You get to share what type(s) of photography you shoot which will help Picsello customize your account!
Click "Start Trial" and your Picsello account is ready to help you become a more organized and profitable photography business!
Step 4: Let's Do This!
Welcome to Picsello! This pop-up provides two options:

Click to schedule a 30-minute orientation call with one of Picsello's experts
Learn how to use your account
Get your questions answered
When prompted, pick a date then a time, enter relevant details, review tips about session, and click "Schedule Event".
You will receive an email with information on the call, including a Zoom link.
"Not yet, I want to play around first"
Click this option to run through your Picsello account on your own and discover all that it has to offer.
If you would like to schedule an orientation at a later time, you will receive an email with scheduling guidelines.
Step 5: Your Account!
When your new Picsello account opens to the dashboard, you will see the "To Do" tab and a couple of actions to get you started on the right foot.
Confirm Your Email:
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Click on the link within the email to confirm the account.
If you cannot locate the email, please check your Spam folder. To ensure you receive emails from Picsello, add [email protected] and [email protected] to your Contacts list.
From your dashboard, click "Resend email" if you didn't find one in your email account.
Missing Payment Method:
Picsello uses Stripe as their billing system
Click "Open Billing Portal" to set up a payment method so you can start selling physical gallery products.
Follow the prompts to add a credit card, then click "add a payment method."
NOTE: To use an existing Stripe account, go to the menu at the left of your dashboard, pulldown "Admin & Docs", and select "Packages". Go to the top of the page and select "Payments". This video will help you connect Picsello to your existing Stripe account.
CONGRATULATIONS! You've set up your Picsello account and can start using it to manage and grow your business! As you click on different tabs and areas in your account, you'll see tips and tricks for getting the most out of your Picsello account. Enjoy yourself!
