Common issues with clients and payments.
Issue: Stripe button is not working for my client
"My client said that they can't connect to Stripe to make their online payment."
Why:
This happens when Stripe is in need of additional information for your account, preventing the AfterPay integrations from working.
What you can do:
Head to the Payments section in your Picello account settings and disable all of the Buy Now, Pay Later payment options
After disabling all Buy Now, Pay Later options, copy the Client Payment and Booking Proposal link into a new screen to verify if Stripe is working again.
Select "Pay Online" to test that the client will be able to connect to Stripe
Note, that you will not be completing the payment and simply verifying that the connectivity to Stripe has been restored and the client can proceed with payment.
Log into your Stripe account to verify if there is any outstanding information they need for your account.
