How to Send Payment Reminders to Clients
Need to remind a client about an outstanding payment? Picsello makes it simple to send reminders directly from the app. Follow these steps to send a payment reminder to your client:
Option 1: Send an Automatic Email Reminder
1. Navigate to the Finances tab within your Picsello app.
2. Find the client with the outstanding balance and click on Send Reminder.
This action will automatically send an email to your client, linking them back to their proposal. It’s a quick and efficient way to remind them about their payment.
Option 2: Send a Manual Reminder via Email
Alternatively, if you prefer to send a more personalized reminder:
1. Go to the Overview section in the Picsello app.
2. Locate your client and access their Booking Portal.
3. Copy the booking link.
Once you have the link, you can manually email your client with a friendly reminder about the remaining balance. For example, you can say:
“Hi [Client’s Name], just a reminder that the remainder of your balance is due. Please use the link below to complete the payment.”
Either method ensures your client is reminded of their outstanding balance, helping you maintain a smooth and professional payment process.
