Gallery Product Settings & Pricing

The Gallery Product Settings & Prices section (within your Global Gallery Settings) allows you to configure the specific products and pricing that display in your client galleries for WHCC, lab-printed upsells. From here, you can see the retail price that WHCC is charging and determine the markup that makes the most sense for you and your business.

All prints and products through Picsello galleries are currently fulfilled through White House Custom Color (WHCC) exclusively. We selected them due to their unmatched quality, selection, and customer service.

We also know that having additional print vendors to choose from is important to you, so we've added this to our product roadmap. In the interim, we're developing ad-hoc invoice and self-fulfillment options, so stay tuned!

Configure Product Settings & Pricing

1. Log in to Picsello and click Galleries from the navigation bar.

2. Click the Settings gear button in the upper-right corner of the page.

3. There are four product options: Prints, Custom Albums, Wall Art, and Press Printed Cards. Use the toggles next to Product enabled to sell to enable each product that you want to sell.

Toggle Enabled = Aqua Blue Color

Use the toggle next to Show product preview in gallery to enable a preview of the product in the gallery.


Print Pricing

1. Click Edit Pricing in the Prints box.

2. Click the down arrow next to Photo Prints, then click the down arrow next to a specific variation/size to see Your Profit, the Base Cost from WHCC, and the Final Price that your client will pay.

The base cost provided for each variation includes the wholesale cost from WHCC as well as estimated shipping.

3. Going one-by-one through Photo Prints and Fine Art Prints, adjust the final price that you feel makes the most sense for your clients and your business.

  • Watch as Your Profit increases or decreases (in real-time) as you update the Final Price for each variation.

  • Be mindful of keeping the final cost greater than (or equal, if you choose to forego profit) the base cost. Your anticipated profit will automatically calculate for you.


Custom Albums, Wall Art & Press Printed Cards Pricing

The pricing markups for Custom Albums, Wall Art & Press Printed Cards can only be configured on a percentage increase. To change the markup percentage, click the Markup by box and type a new markup percentage.

Final Note

Printed product upsells are an easy way to earn incremental profit. Ensure you're not just pricing fairly for your clients, but also for you and your business!
