create a lead in picsello

Updated over a week ago

Leads can come in automatically from your contact form on your website or your public profile. However, if you get a lead via your email or social media, you will need to create a lead in Picsello. From here, you can send them information on your shoots and then send a proposal, a contract, a questionnaire, and accept payment all in one go!

Here we will show you how to create a lead so you can turn that lead into a booked job!

  • From the dashboard, click on Create a Lead in the Leads card. Alternatively, you can also click on Leads at the top of the dashboard and then click the Create a Lead button.

  • Enter the client's information, including name, address, phone number, the type of session they are interested in, as well as any notes you want to make. These notes will be private to you and not shared on any emails or invoices with the client.

  • Once you have a lead in the system, you can then assign a package, select a shoot date, and send your client a booking proposal to have them review the proposal, sign the contract, fill out the questionnaire and accept payment. Never has it been so easy!

Don't want to enter your leads manually? Simply add your contact form to your existing website or use our Public Profile page to capture them automatically!
